Aleen Project

Alwathaaeq Consulting Engineers is overseeing the execution of “Al-Yin Adwar – Al-Muhammadiyah”, a residential project located in Al-Muhammadiyah District, Riyadh. The development covers a total land area of 3,330 m² and comprises 11 residential buildings, each consisting of three floors: ground, first, and upper penthouse levels. The unit sizes range from 174 m² to 226 m², offering modern living spaces tailored to urban family needs. All structural work was completed as of March 30, 2025, and finishing activities are currently underway. The project is expected to be fully completed and handed over by the end of the current year.
